Lemon Poppyseed Bread

1 box lemon cake mix
2 small pkgs instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Makes 2 loaves
Loaves can be frozen for up to 1 month
