My Mom's Pasta Salad

I am sure everyone has his or her own favorite pasta salad recipe but this is MY personal favorite, maybe because it is my mom’s recipe or maybe b/c it is so damn good! (Probably both) Enjoy for this weekend!!

This feeds alot of people. You can always increase/decrease it for what you want as well as add or take out anything you like!

First:
1 lb Spiral pasta. Cook and let cool for about 20 minutes or until room temperature.

The secret that gives this such a great taste:
1 Large Bottle Wishbone Regular Italian dressing (add more or less to taste) I always have a back up bottle just incase I want a little more
1/2 McCormick Salad Supreme (Located in the spice aisle)

Now any of the things below are optional based on your likes. I personally omit the onions and pile in the veggies, but it is all about what you like!
1 pint cherry tomatoes; halved
1 Green Pepper diced
1 Red Pepper diced
1 Yellow Pepper diced
½ Red Onion chopped*
1/2 English Cucumber diced
1 can Olives; Halved
4 oz. Turkey pepperoni; halved

Then:
Shredded mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)

Mix:
All the ingredients in a big bowl, cover, and put in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes – 1 hour.
