Pizza Soup

4 (26 oz.) cans tomato soup
4 (26 oz.) cans water
3 C. dices tomatoes
6 oz. dices onions
1-2 green peppers, sliced thin
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 lbs. hot seasoned sausage
8oz. pepperoni, sliced
3 rounded T. basil
4 rounded T. dried oregano
2 rounded T. onion powder
2 rounded T. garlic powder
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated

Combine tomato soup, water and tomatoes in pot. Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms and add to pot. Cook and drain sausage and add to pot. Add pepperoni and spices. Cook for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle each serving with mozzarella cheese. Makes 2 gallons. Great to throw in crock pot for potlucks!

It is! Someone at work made it for a potluck and I had 3 bowls of it. That was the only thing I wanted that day!
