I heart artichoke hearts. I can eat them straight out of the can. I wanted an artichoke dip, but not a hot one, so I made this up tonight. I'm pretty darn happy.
one can of artichoke hearts, chopped
one brick of cream cheese, softened
(roughly) one cup of sour cream
a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese
garlic salt
italian seasoning
Just mix it all together and refrigerate for awhile. I'm eating it right now with Frito's. Mmmmm...
