Zucchini Bread

3 cups flour

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

3 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups shredded zucchini

1 cup chopped pecans

1 8 oz can crushed pineapple

Heat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients.

Pour into TWO greased loaf pans.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
