Buffalo Chicken Dip

I made this last night for football watching...it was gone in an instant, like it normally is. And really, it couldn't be easier to make.

  • chicken - canned, grilled or cooked and shreaded...it doesn't matter
  • cream cheese
  • Frank's Hot Sauce

The amount of each of these ingredients really doesn't matter. I really think it's all to your taste. Last night I used two 10 oz. cans of shreaded chicken breast (near the tuna in the grocery...but I prefer to grill it and shread it myself), two 8 oz. bricks of cream cheese, and one 5 fl. oz. jar of Frank's.

Put it all in a crock pot and melt it together. Serve with celery stalks and tortilla chips.

this was a hit! my husband LOVED it. he even used some of the leftovers as a "sandwich spread" for dinner last night -- he just put it on a bun and presto! instant sandwich (yes, he was a bachelor for WAY too long!)
