Green Grapes, Goat Cheese, Gpecans - The 3 G's.

This is an easy recipe, although not the quickest thing to make. Unless I'm just slow, these take some time. Don't be fooled by only having 3 ingredients.

1. Wash the grapes. And dry them off.
2. Using your (clean) fingers, grab the goat cheese and mold around the grape, then roll around in your hands to be sure it's smooth and round.
3. Roll cheese-covered grape in a bowl of chopped pecans.

These become so addicting. I kept them in a bowl in the refrigerator and every time I walked by, I grabbed one. But they're not exactly bad for you. You got your fruit, your calcium and your protein - perfect!
