Lemon Roasted Chicken

Not quite as easy as the last entry, but still simple ... and delicious.
  • One chicken
  • Butter
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 T. fresh parsley
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. thyme
  • 1/4 t. paprika
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Place onion in cavity of the chicken; rub chicken with butter. Place chicken in a Crock-Pot. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken and sprinkle with seasonings. Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 6 hours.
