Roasted Ranch Potatoes

The other night, we needed something to go along with steaks on the grill. I had some red-skinned potatoes, and this is what I came up with:

One bag red-skinned potatoes - washed and quartered
A few tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 packet of dried ranch dressing

I took a gallon sized ziplock bag and filled it with the potatoes, then drizzled some olive oil over top and dumped the ranch in as well. Sealed it and shook it - until the potatoes looked well coated. Then I dumped them on a baking sheet and baked for an hour at 350 degrees.

Pretty yummy. I was happy.
