Ramen Noodle Salad

2 pkgs Ramen Noodle Beef soup
1 16 oz pkg prepared cole slaw
2 bunches green onions, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup toasted, slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds

In large bowl place:
cole slaw, noodles from soup (broken into pieces - place in lg ziploc bag and smash w/ rolling pin); green onions, almonds and sunflower seeds.

For dressing:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 pkgs beef broth (from the Ramen Noodle soup)
1/4 tsp salt
- shake together until well blended. Pour over salad and mix well.

Notes:
- don't add dressing until just before serving
- this is awesome the next day!

This is one of my favorite salads of all time! But, the recipe that my family uses includes the Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodle packets. I'm sure it's delish either way!
